I’m already thinking it may be something with the motherboard. I know it’s not the graphics card NVidia GTX 760. The problem is with some piece of my workstation. I’m working on my laptop which has an Intel HD 3000 and so far had no problems. I’ve run it on a GTX 560 and a GTX 660 and it works fine, so it definitely should work on your GTX 760 The Intel HD 4600 should be able to run it, though the performance would be very poor
